Brandon Hall, CEO
Brandon Hall serves as Chief Executive Officer of Community Care Support Services, bringing extensive experience in business leadership, operations, team development, and organizational growth. As CEO, Brandon provides strategic direction for the organization while working to expand access to quality mental and behavioral health services in the communities it serves.
In addition to his executive leadership, Brandon is an experienced business consultant and life coach, working with entrepreneurs, professionals, and individuals to identify goals, overcome obstacles, strengthen leadership skills, and develop practical strategies for personal and professional success. His approach combines clear goal-setting, accountability, strategic planning, and practical business experience.
Throughout his career, Brandon has developed a strong background in business operations, sales leadership, staff development, recruiting, strategic planning, and entrepreneurship. His experience leading teams and businesses has given him a practical understanding of how to strengthen operations, develop people, and translate strategic priorities into sustainable opportunities.
Brandon is also actively involved in his community, serving as a founding member of the Spring Lake Chamber of Commerce and an active board member of Greater Bolton Outreach Services.
At the center of Brandon’s leadership philosophy is a commitment to people, purpose, growth, and community impact. Whether leading Community Care Support Services, consulting with business owners, or coaching individuals toward their goals, his focus remains on helping people recognize their potential and pursue meaningful, lasting progress.
Kyle Flood, CFO
Kyle Flood serves as Chief Financial Officer of Community Care Support Services, where he provides financial leadership and supports the organization’s continued growth and expansion. In his role, Kyle oversees financial planning, budgeting, expense management, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy.
Working closely with the executive leadership team, Kyle helps ensure that financial decisions align with the organization’s mission while maintaining responsible and sustainable operations. He also assists with evaluating growth opportunities, improving internal financial processes, and developing strategies that support the organization as it expands its behavioral health services.
Kyle brings a business-minded and results-focused approach to leadership, with a strong emphasis on financial accountability, operational efficiency, and responsible growth. His commitment to sound financial management helps position Community Care Support Services to continue expanding access to quality mental and behavioral health services throughout the communities it serves.
Trelease Hartfield, COO
Trelease is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Community Care Support Services and a dedicated mental health professional with 15 years of professional experience. As a veteran of the United States Army, Trelease brings a unique combination of clinical expertise, leadership experience, resilience, and personal understanding to the individuals and families served by Community Care Support Services.
Trelease is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland.

Trelease has a particular passion for working with individuals navigating significant life changes and challenges. As a left above-the-knee amputee, Trelease brings lived experience and a deep understanding of the physical, emotional, and psychological challenges that can accompany amputation and adjustment to a new way of life.
Trelease believes that you are the expert of your own story. Every individual has unique strengths, experiences, and abilities that can help them overcome the challenges they face. Therapy is a collaborative process, and Trelease strives to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.
